Sheri Tassinari, SHRM-CP

Sheri Tassinari is Director of Human Resources at the Arizona Community Foundation. Initially joining ACF in July 2014 as an accountant, her current role manages recruitment efforts to source the best talent for ACF in support of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, while maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning, in addition to carrying out the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including administering payroll and benefits and enforcing company policies and procedures.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of finance.
