Nikki Vogt

Nikki Vogt is Deloitte’s Arizona Technology Leader with more than 30 years of experience serving multinational public companies as well as private and high-growth entities, primarily within the technology, life sciences, healthcare, and consumer sectors. She brings deep expertise across the full business lifecycle, from early-stage mentorship through periods of rapid growth, including late-stage financing, international expansion, initial public offerings, and ongoing public company compliance.

In her leadership role, Nikki also oversees Deloitte’s Arizona Technology and Life Sciences & Healthcare practices. She is particularly focused on advancing the role of the CFO and Board governance.

Nikki is passionate about innovation, community impact, and mentorship. She is especially dedicated to advancing opportunities for women and children and has demonstrated this commitment through extensive volunteerism and nonprofit board service. Her past and current board affiliations include the Arizona Society of CPAs, YWCA of San Diego County (where she served as Chair), BioCom, and TechAmerica.

A former student-athlete, Nikki competed on the University of Florida Gator volleyball team, where she won three SEC Championships and advanced to the Final Four during both her junior and senior seasons. She was also recognized with SEC All-Academic honors each year. Nikki holds a master’s degree from the University of Florida and remains an avid supporter of athletics, including coaching her children’s baseball, volleyball, and basketball teams.

Nikki currently serves on the Arizona Community Foundation’s Audit & Compliance Committee as a Community Member.
