Real Engagement through Active Philanthropy

Real Engagement Through Active Philanthropy (REAP) provides Black men with a mechanism for community investment through strategic philanthropy. Founded by visionary leaders Tyrone Benson, Essen Otu, Terry Love, and Chuck Kelly, these men were inspired to create new gateways to philanthropy.

About REAP

REAP, an acronym for Real Engagement through Active Philanthropy, is a philanthropic giving circle that enables its members to make investments in community-based organizations. Members of REAP donate money to a pooled fund, and collectively decide to make investments to programs that support local issues largely affecting the African American community.
