Chief Development Officer Kimberly Kur announces retirement

After 25 years of extraordinary service, Kimberly Kur, Chief Development Officer, has announced her decision to retire from her role on December 31, 2025.

Kimberly’s tenure at ACF has been truly transformational. Her visionary leadership, steadfast commitment to our mission, and gift for cultivating deep, lasting relationships have helped shape the trajectory of ACF and strengthen our impact across Arizona.

Kimberly joined ACF in July 2000 as Vice President for Professional Services, at a time when ACF’s total assets under management were approximately $300 million. Her leadership in fund development has been a driving force behind ACF’s remarkable growth to $1.49 billion in assets, an achievement that speaks volumes to her dedication and impact.

Kimberly will remain in her role through the hiring of the next Chief Development Officer, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for our team and partners. She will continue to serve in advisory capacities and remain actively engaged with key relationships and strategic initiatives once the new Chief Development Officer is onboarded.
