As Brand & Impact Project Manager, Tinsley Andrews is responsible for managing the development of print and electronic marketing materials for ACF and its regional offices. Tinsley plays a key role in coordinating the work of the marketing & communications team to better meet the needs of our statewide brand. She leads website updates, email campaigns, and ACF brochures and INFOsheets, while helping to drive the strategies behind ACF’s storytelling and events efforts across the state. Tinsley joined the foundation in 2017 as Marketing Coordinator and was promoted to her manager role in 2022.
Before joining ACF, Tinsley held three positions in as many years at DEFERO USA where she was responsible for spearheading brand voice execution across all digital communication channels, reporting on content marketing performance to key stakeholders, and content creation and calendaring. Tinsley earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri while completing three minors and participating on their NCAA Division II swim team.
