Natasha Allen

Vice President, Donor Experience

Natasha Allen is the Vice President of Donor Experience at the Arizona Community Foundation. She joined ACF in March 2025 as Director of Donor Experience and is committed to leading the Donor Experience team with a focus on relationship management, donor engagement, stewardship, and delivering exceptional service and guidance to ACF’s fundholders.

In this role, she oversees the strategy and execution of a comprehensive donor experience model designed to strengthen relationships, deepen engagement, and elevate and enhance the donor journey at every stage.

Prior to ACF, Natasha brought more than 16 years of fundraising and advancement experience, most recently serving as Senior Director of Alumni Engagement for The University of Arizona Foundation. She has also held roles in donor relations and stewardship at Phoenix Children’s Foundation, in membership and donor relations at the University of Arizona Museum of Art, and in development at Springs Rescue Mission in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her experience in donor engagement began early in her career while working in the Office of Annual Giving during her undergraduate studies.

She earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership from the University of Memphis and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado. Natasha often refers to herself as a “charitable matchmaker” and is passionate about serving her community through her involvement with the Black Philanthropy Initiative and as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her Siberian Husky, Daenerys.
