Natasha Allen
Vice President, Donor Experience
Natasha Allen is the Vice President, Donor Experience at the Arizona Community Foundation. Joining ACF in March 2025 as a Director, Donor Experience, Natasha is committed to overseeing the donor experience team, focusing on relationship management, providing exceptional service, and guidance to ACF’s current donors. In addition, she supports new asset development activities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new donor.
Prior to ACF, Natasha has more than 16 years of fundraising experience, most recently serving as Senior Director, Alumni Engagement for The University of Arizona Foundation. Prior to that, she worked in several positions including Donor Relations, Stewardship & Engagement Officer for Phoenix Children’s Foundation, Membership & Donor Relations Coordinator for the University of Arizona Museum of Art, and Development Coordinator for Springs Rescue Mission in Colorado Springs, CO. Natasha’s experience in donor engagement goes all the way back to her college years, where she worked in the Office of Annual Giving for four years.
She earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership from the University of Memphis and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
