Mike Hoover
Applications Developer
Mike Hoover joined the Arizona Community Foundation as an Applications Developer in January 2026. In his role, he is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Enterprise Applications, predominantly focused on Salesforce development and integrations with other core applications.
Prior to ACF, Mike ran his own consulting firm, MH Software, LLC, providing clients with guidance and solutions in leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce. Earlier roles in his career include Senior Developer at PKWARE and Senior Software Engineer at BroadPath Healthcare Solutions.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Digital Entertainment & Game Design from ITT Technical Institute and is certified as a Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I.
