Janay Poole is a dedicated Donor Experience Advisor at the Arizona Community Foundation. In this role, she crafts personalized philanthropy strategies designed to align with the unique goals of individuals and organizations. Her focus is on helping donors maximize their impact to foster a stronger, more vibrant Arizona.
A Chicagoland native, Janay’s connection to Arizona began with childhood visits to family in Phoenix, and she has proudly called the Valley home since 2012. She brings a rich background in Higher Education, EdTech, and nonprofit sectors, combining expertise in client relationship management with a deep passion for community engagement and mission-driven work.
Prior to ACF, Janay served as Senior Account Manager, Community Relations at StarRez, where she was a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities to enhance client success.
Janay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.
