Caronda Jones

Caronda Jones joined the Arizona Community Foundation as a Human Resources Coordinator in January 2026. In this role, she provides exceptional support to staff and coordinates the entire employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and support for new and temporary staff, as well as payroll and benefits administration.

Prior to ACF, Caronda served as a Business Execution Associate for Wells Fargo, where she worked on a project team focused on process improvement initiatives, documentation standards, communications, and risk mitigation efforts. Earlier in her career, worked as a full-cycle recruiter for several global technology companies, including Microsoft, Google, and TEKsystems.

Caronda earned an Associate of Arts from Phoenix College and is a graduate of the She Leads program at Arizona Women’s Education & Empowerment, Inc.
