Aden Ramirez
Development Advisor
Aden Ramirez is a Development Advisor at the Arizona Community Foundation, leading fundraising efforts for Philanthropy for All initiatives. He supports ACF’s growing giving circles by expanding its donor base, strengthening relationships with existing supporters, and securing new donations for individual funds and legacy gifts. Aden is passionate about fostering a culture of giving and inclusivity that benefits the entire community.
Prior to joining ACF, Aden served as the JA Inspire Program Manager at Junior Achievement of Arizona, where he spearheaded the development, implementation, and expansion of a career exploration program designed to connect students with a broad range of career opportunities. His work included designing a virtual platform and curriculum that enabled schools to empower students to envision their futures.
Aden is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Exercise Science degree from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management degree from Arizona State University. An advocate for public education, Aden is deeply committed to educational opportunity and ensuring students are well-prepared for future careers.
