From 2007 through 2011, Kim served as a White House appointee to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as general counsel to Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano. Prior to joining Fox Restaurant Concepts in 2014, she was an attorney with the firm Quarles & Brady in Phoenix.
