Prior to establishing his own firm in 1992, Ameduri worked at Dean Witter Reynolds and First Interstate Bank, NA. Since 1992, he has built and managed a succession of operating businesses globally, and has structured business transactions for partner and affiliates’ capital totaling over US $10 billion. His restructure work has often focused on operations and capital efficiency, and managing turbulent periods of company growth, acquisition or decline. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Youngstown State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Ameduri is a director of the Arizona State University Foundation Investment Committee, a board member of the Arizona Community Foundation serving on the investment and special asset committees, and a board member of the PSPRS/Public Safety pension plan serving on the investment, audit, and operations and governance committees.
