Jay Parry

Jay Parry is an accomplished business executive, board member, and servant leader with a passion for sports and an even bigger passion for giving. In addition to serving as the driving force behind several major sporting events and professional sports franchises, she has remained equally committed to uplifting underserved communities throughout the country.

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in finance and spending the first half of her career matriculating through Bank of America to Executive Vice President, Jay pivoted and moved to the world of sports and major events.

Jay led the Phoenix Mercury as President and Chief Operating Officer for their first two championships; she was Chief Operating Officer of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA), working out of the NBA/WNBA New York headquarters. In Arizona, Jay has led The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee as President and CEO twice, in 2015 (Super Bowl XLIX) and 2023 (Super Bowl LVII), and the 2024 NCAA Men’s Final Four. Today, Jay is the CEO of the 2026 NCAA Women’s Final Four Host Committee and President & CEO of the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance, representing Arizona on the global stage.
