Otu applies the power of diversity, inclusion, and belonging to build a more equitable and sustainable future for SRP’s customers, employees, and community. Previously, Otu spent over 10 years at Mountain Park Health Center as the Senior Director of Diversity & Community Affairs, where he led the organization’s D&I and community engagement strategy. Otu was an early ACF Black Philanthropy Initiative Task Force member and is a Founder of the REAP giving circle at ACF and currently sits on the boards of the Diversity Leadership Alliance and Vitalyst Health Foundation, where he served as past Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and his master’s in public administration through the National Urban Fellows Program at Baruch College in New York.
