Heidi Jannenga and Mark Bohn elected to ACF Board of Directors

The Arizona Community Foundation’s Board of Directors recently elected two new members. Heidi Jannenga, PT, DPT, ATC/L, president and co-founder of WebPT, and Mark C. Bohn, partner at Boyer Bohn, P.C., were both elected during the board’s January meeting.


Heidi Jannenga is president of WebPT, the leading software platform for private practice physical, occupational and speech therapists. She leads the overall product and company vision, while maintaining a strong focus practicing conscious leadership to foster a strong company culture.

After co-founding WebPT in 2008, Heidi helped guide the company through exponential growth, including several key acquisitions and product launches. Today, it’s one of the fastest-growing EMR software companies in the country, employing more than 300 people at its headquarters in the historic Warehouse District of downtown Phoenix.

“In addition to her deep knowledge as a healthcare professional and business executive, Heidi’s commitment to conscious capitalism and conscious leadership is a tremendous asset to the ACF Board,” said Ron Butler, chairman of the ACF Board of Directors. “Heidi brings a distinctive set of professional and leadership skills and we are eager for her to provide her expertise and passion for the community.”

A proud Phoenix resident, Heidi is committed to cultivating the future talent of Arizona. She currently serves on the boards of the Phoenix Children’s Museum, Support My Club and Conscious Capitalism Arizona. She volunteers her time to mentor physical therapy students, up and coming business leaders and Phoenix entrepreneurs. She has a passion for healthcare innovation, company culture and cognitive diversity. In 2013, she established PropelHer, a women’s leadership and empowerment group for WebPT employees.


Mark C. Bohn is a partner with Boyer Bohn P.C., a firm that provides counsel and legal services to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals and families. He specializes in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business planning.

Mark began his professional career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen in its Private Client Services group and prior to joining Boyer Bohn in 2010, he was a partner at the law firm of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P.

He earned a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University and a juris doctor degree from Arizona State University College of Law.

“Mark is a respected leader, both professionally and in the community, and his insights will prove extremely valuable to ACF, as demonstrated by his adept leadership of the Professional Advisory Board,” said Ron Butler, Managing Partner for Ernst & Young and ACF Board Chairman. “Mark’s experience and extensive knowledge give him a unique perspective on professional advisors and the donors they serve. We look forward to his contributions to the effectiveness of the ACF Board.”

Proudly calling Arizona and the Valley of the Sun his home for more than 30 years, Mark places a high value on giving back to his community. He is Immediate Past Chair of the Professional Advisory Board for the Arizona Community Foundation. Mark served for three years as the initial National Chair of the Planned Giving Committee for LDS Philanthropies, and is a past president of the University Club of Phoenix.

Arizona Community Foundation Board members serve three-year terms, renewable up to two times.
