Arizona Community Foundation and donors distribute $62.4 million in third quarter grants and scholarships
The Arizona Community Foundation and its donors are pleased to announce grant and scholarship distributions for the third quarter of its fiscal year. Between October 1 and December 31, 2021, a total of $62,361,379 was awarded from funds of the Arizona Community Foundation and its six statewide affiliates in Cochise, Flagstaff, the Gila Valley, Sedona, Yavapai County, and Yuma.

ACF announces that Steve Seleznow will retire from his role as President and CEO effective March 31, 2023. The ACF Board of Directors selected Carlson Beck—a national executive search firm focused on philanthropy and nonprofit leadership recruiting—to lead the search for the foundation’s next CEO.

In preparation for the 2022 grant application process, the Arizona Community Foundation of Sedona invites nonprofits, educational institutions, government agencies, and tribal entities serving Sedona and Verde Valley residents to one of our grant application workshops.

Attendance is mandatory for any organization wishing to apply for a grant this year. The workshops will support local organizations applying for funding and will include an overview of the ACF online grants center, grant guidelines, and elements of an effective application.

Attendance is strongly encouraged for any organization wishing to apply for a grant this year. The workshops will support local organizations applying for funding and will include an overview of the ACF online grants center, grant guidelines, and elements of an effective application.

Both workshops will be held at the Main Library - Yuma County Library District: 2951 S 21st Dr, Yuma, AZ 85364. The same content will be provided at each workshop; attend whichever one works best with your schedule.

The grant application will open online on Monday, July 11 at 9:00 a.m. with final applications due no later than  Tuesday, August 12 at 4:00 p.m.
