Affordable Housing

The Coffelt-Lamoreaux Apartment Homes were the state’s first affordable housing project. When faced with the threat of demolition, dozens of collaborative partners stepped up to renovate the community.


Founded in 1991 as the Greater Sedona Community Foundation, the Arizona Community Foundation of Sedona secures, manages, and allocates donor gifts for charitable purposes in Sedona and the Verde Valley, working to improve the quality of life for all residents.
