The Arizona Community Foundation is the largest private provider of scholarships in Arizona, awarding millions of dollars to help students achieve their educational goals.
The Arizona Community Foundation scholarship portal allows Arizona students to be auto-matched to scholarships from among 70+ funds!
No matter how you plan to continue learning, click here to access over $1 million in scholarships for all fields of study, some based on merit or financial need, others on geography or demographic group.
The Arizona Community Foundation process for scholarship applications allows students throughout Arizona to apply for over 70 awards using one website. One registration triggers applications for all scholarships that match a student’s profile.
High school seniors, current college students, or graduate level students attending schools anywhere in the U.S. can apply and there are scholarships available for two-year, four-year, and technical schools. Students should apply early to qualify for the most awards. Some award deadlines begin in February, and some deadlines are as late as May.
Create a scholarship fund and you create opportunities
When you create a scholarship fund at ACF, you create an opportunity to enrich not only one student's life, but also the lives of many students for generations to come.
Our donors create scholarships for different reasons--perhaps to honor the memory of loved ones, to support areas of personal interest such as arts or health sciences or to assist students who are the first in their families to attend college. Scholarship awards benefit traditional students from pre-school to high school, undergraduate and graduate work, as well as returning adults.
ACF offers flexible options for establishing a scholarship fund based on your desired level of involvement. You may designate a specific institution such as a college or vocational school to receive funding, with the school selecting annual award recipients; you may provide guidance to the ACF scholarship office regarding the goals of the scholarship program, leaving the selection process to ACF; or you may participate as a member of the selection committee, reviewing individual applications and voting on award recipients.
Whatever your goals are for awarding scholarships, ACF is here to help. If you are interested in starting a scholarship, click here for a list of options and details. For more information, contact the ACF Scholarships office via e-mail or by phone at 602-682-2040 or 1-800-222-8221.
