To prepare for its annual competitive grants process, the Arizona Community Foundation of Flagstaff invites representatives of local nonprofit organizations, public schools, government agencies, and Tribal entities to attend one of two free grant workshops.
To be eligible to apply for grants in 2019, each organization must attend one of two grant application workshops offered. Registration is required and seating is limited. Topics to be discussed include an overview of the ACF online grants center, grant guidelines, and elements of an effective application.

Seminar for professional advisors
Join us for the annual Northern Arizona Estate Planning Day presented by the Arizona Community Foundation of Yavapai County, in partnership with ACF of Flagstaff and Sedona. To honor your partnership in mobilizing enduring philanthropy for a better Arizona, this educational opportunity is presented at no cost to professional advisors across Northern Arizona. Your attendance may qualify for up to three hours of continuing education credits.
Bryan Clontz, PhD, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, CAP®, AEP®, RICP®, CBP is the founder and president of Charitable Solutions, LLC, Clontz specializes in noncash asset receipt and liquidation, gift annuity reinsurance brokerage, gift annuity risk management consulting, emergency assistance funds and life insurance appraisals/audits. His discussion topics will include case studies of complex charitable and estate planning dilemmas and solutions, as well as legal, tax, investment, insurance and financial planning techniques unique to each charitable case.
Lunch begins at noon, with the program starting at 1:00 p.m., and attendees are invited to stay after the seminar for a wine and cheese reception to mix and mingle. Please let us know if you have a dietary restriction so we can work to accommodate your need.
