Announcing the Water Public Art Challenge
Registration is now open for the third New Arizona Prize challenge. With awards of $50,000 to the top five collaborative teams, the Water Public Art Challenge will offer an opportunity for creative groups to develop temporary public art projects that build connectivity between cultures through creative expression.
ACF distributes $67 million in 2018 fiscal year
The Arizona Community Foundation and its donors are pleased to announce grant, scholarship, and loan distributions for its fiscal year ending March 31, 2018. A total of $67,233,780 was awarded from funds of the Arizona Community Foundation and its six statewide Affiliates in Cochise, Flagstaff, the Gila Valley, Sedona, Yavapai County and Yuma.
Announcing two key staff promotions

ACF donors distribute $16.2 million in third-quarter grants and scholarships
ACF and its donors have announced the distribution of grants and scholarships for the thrid quarter of its fiscal year. Between October 1 and December 31, 2017, a total of $16,171,154 was awarded from funds of the Arizona Community Foundation and its six statewide Affiliates.
Mark B. Bonsall elected to ACF Board of Directors
Mark B. Bonsall, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager for Salt River Project, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Arizona Community Foundation.
Announcing the Newton and Betty Rosenzweig Fund for the Arts
In honor of the Rosenzweig family, ACF created an endowment to enable investments in arts and culture to benefit Arizona residents and communities. The Newton and Betty Rosenzweig Fund for the Arts is expected to be endowed at more than $14 million over time and will provide over $500,000 in grant funding annually for decades to come.
ACF earns 4-star rating from Charity Navigator
The Arizona Community Foundation received official notification from Michael Thatcher, President and CEO of Charity Navigator, that ACF has been awarded the coveted 4-star rating for the seventh consecutive year.
